Priyanka Chopra born on 18th July 1982 is on a roll these days, she into media for all reasons good and bad. She has travelled a long way from winning Miss World 2000 to becoming a well known name in the world. She started her journey as an Indian actress, delivered international music albums and topped the charts of the highest paid actress. She struggled during her childhood especially in her school where she was defamed for having dark complexion. She debuted with The Hero and her breakthrough came from amazing movies like Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004), and the 2004 thriller Aitraaz. This fame  brought her movies like Krrish and Don. But it was Fashion (2008) that changed her grip over the industrh and she was looked down as a serious actor, Fashion gave her two awards: National Film Award for Best Actress and the Filmfare Award for Best Actress. Her versatility knew no bound and she went on potraying strong women in movies like Kaminey(2009), 7 Khoon Maaf (2011), Barfi! (2012), Mary Kom(2014), Dil Dhadakne Do (2015), and Bajirao Mastani(2015).

After gaining all what she wanted in bollywood she headed towards west and worked so hard so that people started loving her even harder. She became the first South Asian woman to work on the ABC thriller series Quantico. All this success must be attributed to her fit and healthy body that’s not only attractive but also physically strong and agile. 


Her body is a product of her Simple yet strict diet along with proper physical workout. 

Here is brief version of her Diet: When you plan to start a diet you need to know your body’s metabolism rate, that’s what Priyanka works on. In order to keep her metabolism rate stable that will indeed add energy to her life, she binges on food every two hours without a fail.

Her diet is nutrient rich starring truck loads of fruits and vegetables.


  • Two eggs (only white).
  • On alternative days she takes  oatmeal alongwith skimmed milk.


Her in between snacks that she takes every two hours comprise of:

              A glass of coconut water with handful of nuts.


  • She takes dal, vegetables and two double breads for her lunch along with no cream salad.   

Evening Snack

  • Priyanka eats either eats a  turkey sandwich or a salad of sprouts. She even takes a bowl of soup.


  • She takes a Non vegetarian dinner in the form of grilled chicken breast alongwith fresh vegetables.
  • However she alternatively eats grilled fish with those same sautéed veggies.

No matter what the main course is, her sides are always filled with sautéed vegetables.



Her weekends are bit relaxing in terms of the food she eat, she gorges on her favourite tandoori chicken and other barbecued delicacies. Her snacks on weekends are totally different in from what she had in her weekdays. She replaces turkey sandwich with cakes and chocolates.
